Sisterhood

There is a cliché saying “from the outside looking in you can never understand it, from the inside looking out you can never explain it” and we believe that best explains what sisterhood is. Sisterhood is an unexplainable bond that we have with one another. When you become a part of a sisterhood like Zeta Tau Alpha, you are becoming a part of a family. Many times you will feel like this sisterhood is like your own family because these women will be there for you during the good times and through your toughest trials. You grow to love one another and accept each other’s quirks and differences. When you need a study partner for tests or the inevitable all-nighter, someone to catch dinner or go shopping with, or need someone to have a good heart to heart with your sisters are always there.

We love to spend time together! These are women that become your best friends and future bridesmaids, why wouldn’t you want to hang out with them?

The director of sisterhood chair says "to me, sisterhood is family. A family that consists of amazing women who always have your back and can help you through anything. In Zeta Tau Alpha I have learned so much from each of my sisters and have been so thankful for the opportunities that I have had in this chapter so far. Every sister is always willing to be your study buddy, your dinner date, or just someone to talk to when you need a friend. I can truly say that I love all of my sisters and I cannot wait to see what the future has in store in the years to come." -Courtnie Coon
